Product quality
Make the quality requirement clear.
Agreed garment specifications and the process for reporting an issue should be recorded with your order.
NC / PRODUCT QUALITYAgree the quality specification
Confirm the fabric, fit, colour, size mix, finish and any labelling requirements before acceptance. The quotation and accepted commercial documents identify the goods and any specific quality or supplier commitments. No universal website guarantee applies to every supply.
Check goods on arrival
Inspect carton quantities and garments promptly within the inspection period stated for your order. Record any shortage, wrong style, size discrepancy, visible damage or suspected manufacturing defect. Preserve packaging and labels while the issue is reviewed.
Provide a clear issue report
Contact contact@newcoverltd.co.uk before returning or altering the affected garments. Include the order or invoice reference, style code, colour, size, affected quantity, date received and clear photographs. Explain how the goods differ from the accepted specification.
Follow the agreed review process
NewCover may request further information or arrange an assessment through the relevant supply route. Any additional guarantee, exclusions, care requirements or claim procedure must be read from the accepted documents. This page does not create a fixed assessment timeline.
