Accessibility
A clearer site should work for more people.
This statement describes the practical accessibility measures in the rebuilt site and how to report a barrier.
NC / ACCESSOur approach
NewCover aims to make this website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
Features included
The rebuilt site uses semantic headings, labelled forms, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, responsive layouts, descriptive image text and reduced-motion support. Content is written to avoid relying on colour alone.
Known limitations
The site has not yet been independently audited against a formal accessibility standard. Generated representative photography may not communicate every product detail, so the surrounding text provides the commercial meaning.
The email-based enquiry flow also depends on the accessibility of the visitor's own email application.
Alternative format or route
If a page, form or document is difficult to use, contact NewCover by email. We will try to provide the information through a reasonable alternative route.
Accessibility feedback
Email contact@newcoverltd.co.uk with the page address, the problem encountered, device or assistive technology if you wish to share it, and the format or outcome that would help.
Review process
Accessibility should be reconsidered when navigation, forms, third-party services or major content structures change. Reports will be used to prioritise practical improvements.
