Information NewCover may receive
When you contact NewCover, the information may include your name, business contact details, company, product requirements, destination, timing and anything else you include in the message.
Basic technical information may also be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the website.
Why it is used
Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, discuss possible supply, prepare or administer commercial documents, maintain business records, protect legal rights and meet applicable legal obligations.
The relevant legal basis may include steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests and compliance with law.
How the enquiry form works
The quote form sends the details you enter directly to NewCover’s business inbox through the website hosting and email services. It does not add you to a marketing list or sell the information to a form-marketing platform.
Automated checks may briefly process technical information, such as an IP address, to limit spam and protect the service. Enquiry information is used to review and respond to the request.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be handled by service providers supporting email, website hosting, security, professional advice, logistics or order administration where needed. NewCover does not state that enquiry information is “never shared,” because legitimate processors may be involved.
Appropriate safeguards should be used where a provider processes information outside the United Kingdom.
Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business relationship, dispute handling and applicable legal, accounting or tax requirements. Different records may require different retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Contact NewCover first using the email above so the request can be reviewed.

This version of the site sets a first-party preference cookie after a visitor accepts or rejects optional cookies. Advertising and behavioural analytics cookies are not currently active. Essential technical processing may be performed by the hosting platform to operate and secure the site.
Read the cookie policy for the current cookie list and choice controls. This notice should be reviewed whenever the form, analytics, hosting or business process changes. Last reviewed: 1 September 2026.
